Poet Willa Schneberg Reads at HeidiHouse

Willa Schneberg, a Portland, Oregon poet, will read from
Rending the Garment (Mudfish/Box Turtle Press, 2014).
Rending the Garment is a narrative tapestry encompassing
persona poems, prose poems, flash fiction, imagined meetings
with historical figures, ancestral appearances, and ephemera. It
is a series of linked poems exploring the life and times of one
Jewish family.

Willa Schneberg has authored five poetry collections including her latest, Rending the Garment. Willa has read at the Library of Congress, her poems were heard on Garrison Keillor’s The Writer’s Almanac, and she has appeared in numerous literary journals and anthologies including American Poetry Review.
